​With almost 3 decades of experience in the construction industry, Scott McLeish has seen the home-building process from virtually every angle imaginable. Moving from on-site custom builds to commercial construction, Premier Builders now specializes in modular and manufactured homes.

Scott's Way
We think that the most important questions that you can ask yourself if you are considering building a home is, “Who do I trust to help me with the big decisions and why?” We answer that question every time that we are working. We are real people, just like you, and expect to earn your trust while we work hard to help you through the home-building experience.
Our founder Scott McLeish felt compelled to get into the modular and manufactured home business after his own modular home was set and finished. The excitement of that day for him translates to the excitement we feel when our clients move in to their new home!
